Job Description:

    Based on US live calls intent, enters data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information with keyboard and mouse
    Develops understanding on trained client applications
    Ability to capture and process data fast and accurately
    Delivers consistent work quality as per agreed norms
    Based on intent, should be able to route calls
    Proficient in English (Read / Write / Speak)
    Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Qualifications:

    10+2, Graduates or Post Graduate in any discipline with 0-3 years of experience may apply

    Basic to advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Windows

    Accuracy with English (U.S.) grammar and spelling
