Roles and Responsibilities:

    Reach out to all customers who have registered/signed-on via a tele  calling activity
    Deliver information on Sign Up pre-requisites, usage limits and best practices via phone
    Ensure all data is captured, tracked and queries, if any, are passed on the Business Development team
    Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
    Ensure customer satisfaction.

 Basic Qualifications:

    Fresher or with 1-2 years of technology related sales; marketing or business development experience.
    A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required.
    Strong verbal and written communications skills.
    Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualification:

    Engineering Degree required. Masters or MBA a plus.

    Good Communications skills.

    Team player who can work across functional, company, and industry boundaries.
