Research Associates (RA)/Senior Research Fellows (SRF)/Junior Research Fellows (JRF)/Technical Assistant (TA)/Office

Young Professionals along with their original certificates of educational qualifications etc., to work under
the ad-hoc research projects at ICAR- Indian Institute of Rice Research, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.

Qualifications: B.Sc. (Biological Sciences)from recognised University in the country

2. Evaluation of Polymer Coated Urea (PCU) in Irrigated Rice

Duration: 

1 year Junior Research Fellow (1 position) Essential

Qualifications: 

M.Sc. Microbiology/Life Sciences from any recognized university in the country. Desirable Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Agriculture (Plant Breeding and Genetics or Plant Pathology or Molecular Biology and Biotechnology)

with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences

(Botany/Genetics/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences) with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years

Master’s degree should have NET qualification. Desirable Qualifications: Two years research experience in rice Rice

Pathology/Rice genetics/Rice Breeding/Rice molecular biology/Rice Marker-assisted selection as evidenced by publications

and/or reference letters. Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- per month for 1st and 2nd years Rs. 28,000/- per month for 3 rd year +
