Job Description: 

    Excellent Communication skills
    Product / Technical support with knowledge of HTML, Java script and CSS
    Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end to end usage of advertisement operations tool.
    Business Email etiquettes.
    Provide email based technical support to clients in different geos - 24*5
    Maintain high customer satisfaction
    Help with research and troubleshooting of tough tickets
    Process improvement & Escalations management
    Troubleshooting the issues related to ad servicing
    Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Any Stream - Without any standing arrears)
    Work location : Hitech City - Hyderabad
    Night Shift Mandatory.
