    To provide information to their customer regarding their queires and resolve the end customer issues

    Able to work independently and efficiently

    Able to comprehend the request of the customer and meet the quality standard

Desired Profile:

    Graduates (without any backlogs / arrears)

    Basic customer service skills

    Basic computer skills

    Good communication skills (Written & spoken)

    Good typing /keyboard handling skills

    Fluency in either  Malayalam or Kannada language.
