Mandatory Skills:

    Excellent command over English both spoken and written.

    Should be familiar with American & Canadanian accent.

    Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Job Profile:

    Call Monitoring

    Listening to recorded calls [English] and evaluating the performance of the interviewer on various defined parameters      as per defined rules/directives and provide feedback.

    Shift Timings : Ready to work in Rotational shifts.
