Job Description:

    Maintain customer satisfaction by answering queries related to replacements, refunds, billing, service purchases, what type of support is available and so on

    Educate customers on how a particular product/service works and recent products released
    Retain customers by solving their issues with products and keeping them happy with the purchase & service

Desired Profile:

    Must talk fluently in Hindi

    Decent English communication

    Flair for Customer Support

    Must be ready to work at Chennai
