Job Description:
The Sales Development Executive is the first point of contact for all business prospects who contact Replicon through various channels and is responsible for generating sales opportunities for new business.
The SDE will engage with a high volume of prospects via chat, phone and e-mail for sales inquiries, qualify leads and help build the pipeline for the sales team.
SDEs will be measured on target attainment of qualified opportunities and will also be responsible for, and measured on, various performance metrics and SLAs.
SDEs will carry daily and monthly quotas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets, will have a goal-oriented attitude, be detail oriented and possess the drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on sales/product inquires over chat, phone and e-mail with the ultimate goal of furthering the prospect through the Replicon sales cycle within set SLAs
Uncover requirements to pre-qualify prospects for the new-business sales while communicating the benefits of Replicons solutions to generate buyer excitement.
Manage and develop lead pipeline to deliver a quota of qualified opportunities to the Sales team
Meet and exceed quota/metrics and 100% adherence to set SLAs.
Capture, update and maintain detailed and accurate information within the Salesforce CRM software
Qualification:
Fresher Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
or
1+ years of work experience in a similar B2B Sales development/ Business development role, preferably having catered to customers/clients in the USA, APAC and/or EMEA regions
Proven track record of overachieving targets
Process oriented and capable of multi-tasking
Successful and experienced in a multi-team sales environment
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
Strong business acumen
