Job Description:

    WALK IN for Graduates(Freshers) @ Reliance Retail Ltd(Reliance Fresh)

    ONLY GRADUATES :-BCOM,BSC,BA,BCA.

    Position: EXECUTIVE TRAINEE ( 10 Positions)

    Remuneration: 1.80Lacs  PA

    Candidate should possess graduation, which is mandatory requirement with 60% & Above  in any two of academics.(X, XII  & Degree)

    Candidate should have strong communication in Tamil & English.

    B Tech/BE & MBA/PGDM not Required


    Career Progression - Executive Trainee will become Assistant Store Manager after clearing certification within    3months of Training.

    Salary will be 180000 PA +incentives

Responsibilities:

    To execute retail operations of Store and ensure smooth execution and adherence to all SOPs.

    To support a small team of associates to deliver reliable services to customers and/or other colleagues in the organization.

    To ensure 100% adherence to POG and promo implementation in the store.

    To work with my team to reduce dump, shrink and other losses of the store.

    To ensure that store is kept clean and hygienic.

    To ensure that all consumables are within budget and work towards reducing costs.
