Job Description:

    Experience and knowledge of Mobile banking/Payment Systems/ Payment Gateways/ Prepaid systems/ Switch
    Excellent Communication skills
    Excellent Client Management skills
    Customer Centric and experience in handling client escalations
    Excellent skills in MS Office
    Time management
    Should be able to handle minimum 15-20 FTEs
    Commitment for excellence / Decisiveness / Strategic perspective / Build & maintain relationships
    Ability to follow instructions from the team management
    Knowledge of Workflow tools
    IT savvy, Should be able to drive process improvement & automation / Presentation skills / Problem solving skills / Exposure to audits

Eligibility Criteria:

    Candidates MUST have graduated in 2015 or 2016.

    B.E / B. Tech graduates are ONLY eligible to participate

    Candidates MUST have 60% and above (from 10th onwards) in academics

    Candidates meeting the above criteria are eligible to participate in the drive.

    Shortlisted candidates will be working in 24/7 Rotational Shifts + 6 days working in a week + 1 Year bond
