Job Description:

Working in a virtual branch banking environment that includes current & Savings account, Credit Cards Opening & Servicing, Payments & Fund transfer.

High levels of accuracy in transaction processing.

Ability to accurately comprehend the customer request while processing the account.
Career in International Banking Process.

Skill Set Required:

Flair knowledge in banking process.

Should have good typing skills and excellent communication

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLA.

Responsible for meeting productivity matrices and quality standards as per defined Matrix.
