Roles and Responsibilities:

    Customer Service through calls email/chat

    Resolve our clients query related to HR benefits over Calls and email

    Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels

    Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up

    Identify, share and support operational improvements.

Desired Profile:

     Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.

    Candidate should be comfortable for 24*5 shifts(US shifts fixed).
