Job Description:

    Designation: Customer Service Executive/Sr. Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

    As an analyst (CSE) the successful candidate will be responsible for their respective KPI performance in a US health care process

    Eye for details

    English Comprehension skills

    Prior experience in US health care processes preferred

    Exposure to MS Office

Key Requirements:

    Any Graduate or Undergraduate with experience in US health care domain

    0-2 years Experience working for an MNC/overseas client organizations

    Typing speed to be >25 Words/Minute & Accuracy of 90%

    Logical skills

    Decent communication skills(Written & verbal)

    Flexible to work in night shifts

    Aptitude test scoring of 90% and above

Skill Set Required:

    Fluency in English & Hindi.

    Good Analytical and Interpretation Skills.

    Good written and verbal communication skills/ multilingual skills.

    Should have keen eye for details
