We are looking for a professional Recruiter Freshers to source candidates for Internal project and the successful candidate should be able to source qualified CV; s to present the opportunity to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements
Telephonic Interviews of the Candidates
Provide administrative support to Human Resources department of the organization
Establish and post job adverts on job search websites
Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
Screening of eligible candidates
Keep records of candidate interviews and report them to recruitment managers
Participate at recruiting events when the manager cannot attend
Maintain the internal database
The selected candidate will be handling following responsibilities:
Sourcing & screening of profiles
Client Interaction
Job posting through recruitment boards, LinkedIn & other social media
Feedback sharing & Salary negotiation
Working Culture : 5 Days (Saturday Half Days)
Salary : INR 70,000 - 2,25,000 P.A
