Job Description:

Orientation towards law of contracts and basic banking knowledge
   
Prior Documentation Review experience
   
Excellent time management and attention to detail, with good reading and comprehension skills.
   
Proven ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; must also present information in a concise and effective manner
   
Analyst must have good judgmental skills to balance between seeking clarification from the leads and the senior analyst
   
Ability to extract data from complex legal documents
   
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
   
Independent, self-motivated and a team player
   
Proficient with computer usage as well as Microsoft office products
   
A Business degree with sound analytical skills is desired but not essential
