Responsibilities:

     Responsible for handling end to end recruitment assignments for ITES.

    Analyzing and understanding client's requirements

    Interview (1st level) and assess best candidates based on the requirement

    Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods

    Excellent verbal and written skills

    Should have experience in BPO hiring, Volume hiring, Mass hiring.

    Should be proficient With MS Excel and MS Word (Preferably, google drive)

    Cold Calling, creating pipeline, maintaining database on daily basis

    Should possess industry mapping experience.

    Keep the track of the shortlisted and rejected candidates till they join.

    Should be able to targets and SLA's.

Job Requirements:

    6 Months to 2 Years of recruitment experience in lateral hiring for BPO / ITES clients

    Good interpersonal skill

    Should be smart, assertive, logical and achievement oriented
