Job Description:

Executive- HR (BFSI Roles):

    Reaching the defined targets for hiring of BFSI Roles.

    Ensuring quality of hires for all positions

    Full execution of recruitment process

    Minimum 1 yr of experience in BFSI recruitment

Executive- HR (Front level):

    Front level hiring experience

    Knowledge of minimum wages

    Minimum 1 yr of experience in recruitment

Executive HR (MIS Role):

    Well versed with Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Chart, Pivot table and other functions of Excel

    Good knowledge of maintaining data in excel sheet

    Fluency in English

    Good communication and interpersonal skill
