Job Description:

We are looking Candidate for Facility Admin / General Admin

    

Location - Chennai 

    

Overall supervision of housekeeping activities, material procurement on monthly basis and control of all housekeeping consumables, equipment etc

    

Overall supervision of Security guards and Parking area

    

Handling Repair and Maintenances of office infrastructure, Maintaining AMC records towards A/C, Diesel Generator, Lift, and Fire Extinguisher 

    

Vendor Management Interacting and managing the vendors, Records on Vendor agreements, Negotiation, Monthly Review Meetings, Processing of Invoices and payments

    

Procuring Stationery on monthly basis and accounting

    

Keep records on Fixed Assets, Maintenance of Diesel log book, Key Registers

    

Preparing Monthly Expense Report based on actual

    

Preparing Admin Activity Report on the weekly basis and circulating the same to team members

    

Overall supervision of Cafeteria Checking food taste, daily accounting, Special food orders / Coffee Vending machine.

    

Imprest Cash handling for the overall administration expenses on weekly base

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate

    

Able to Manage English.

    

Basic Computer Knowledge.

    

Ready to work in shifts - 6 days working

    

Academically sound with Minimum 50% in SSC, HSC and aggregate 50% in Graduation.
