Job Description:

Position-  Associate- SCM

    

CTC offered- 1.60 L

    

Shift Timing - 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

    

Analyze and resolve the assigned Queries / transactions meeting the timelines

    

Analytical and statistical skills to be deemed fit for Reporting.

    

Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers

    

Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and Vendors and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions   

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike

    

Contribute towards continues Process improvements. Reports & MIS

Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills

Working knowledge in the analytical functions of MS Excel (&MS access skills desired)

Basic Computer knowledge

Exposure to international client/Vendor base

Good Problem resolution skills
